SmartSilobag® integrates sensors directly into the bag body during manufacturing, allowing real-time measurement of key parameters such as CO₂, temperature, and humidity, without the need for additional installations or changes to the bagging process. By simply scanning a QR code from the Wiagro app, producers access a comprehensive monitoring dashboard, alerts, reports, and associated services such as insurance, credit, and sustainability certifications, from anywhere in the world.
Thanks to its satellite connectivity, SmartSilobag® works even in areas without coverage, providing full visibility into the status of grains and enabling proactive management to reduce losses and improve traceability. This technology, officially presented at Aapresid 2025, is designed to scale globally, facilitating the massive digitalization of field storage systems.
